Parking In the central Carpark :o(

I just heard from a friend that his father got a parking ticket in the central car park in petersfield and had to pay £90 ..... he is an eldery disabled gentleman, and had bought his ticket... the reason he got the fine was because he had parked his motor home/van 8" (yes a whole 8 inches) over the parking bay..as a petersfield resident im almost embarassed that our town can treat people like this...
So a quick warning to all peeps parking in the town....it seems we have a ZERO TOLERANCE Car Park attendant...
